  4. We keep your e-shop back up daily so that when any problem occurs we can resolve it by restoring the latest operating backup and then find the solution to any problem that has occurred.
  5. We support you with around 20 hours of technical support per month, which is usually over all of your e-shop (cs-cart, prestashop, opencart, magento, woocommerce etc). Of course if we need to go beyond technical support hours to troubleshoot your applications / websites, we will do so at no extra cost to you.
