4.8 The Client agrees to the following terms:

4.9 Databases larger than 300MB are hosted if they do not cause server performance problems or CPU and memory usage is exceeded in each client account, in accordance with clause 4.8.
4.10 The Client shall use the Website exclusively as a conventional Web Site. The use of the Company's services and equipment shall always be in a manner consistent with this Agreement and shall in no way prejudice the operation of the Company's equipment or network. 4.12 The Client shall oversee the size of the space occupied by him and the other users of his account on the Company's hard disks, so as not to exceed the limits set. In the event that the space occupied exceeds the limits, the Company will charge the customer for the use of additional resources and reserves the right to delete files to restore the space used to the permitted limits. This term also applies to Managed Dedicated Servers (Dedicated Server support & management).
4.13 It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the code and applications installed on his account are secure and that the directories and files are correct, irrespective of the way the installation was performed. 8. Renewal of Services
